Provision of services
Services are available to adults aged 18 and over. Proof of age may be required.
All services are provided subject to consultation, to ensure suitability for the client. If treatment is contraindicated for medical reasons, Sea Eagle Holistic Therapies reserves the right to refuse treatment and refund payment.
New clients booking a mobile service are required to complete a consultation call prior to their first appointment, which (in addition to ensuring suitability for the client) is to ensure the suitability of the venue and safety of the therapist. If reasonable attempts to contact a new client prior to their appointment and/or confirm the suitability and safety of the venue are unsuccessful, Sea Eagle Holistic Therapies reserves the right to cancel the booking and refund payment.
Services will not be provided to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Sea Eagle Holistic Therapies operates a zero-tolerance policy towards inappropriate and abusive behaviour, which will result in the treatment being terminated immediately with no refund issued.
Payment
Online bookings must be paid for at the time of booking. Otherwise, payment is due 48 hours before the appointment time. By prior arrangement, existing clients can pay in cash at the start of their appointment. Sea Eagle Holistic Therapies reserves the right to cancel an appointment that has not been paid for, where alternative payment arrangements have not been agreed and reasonable attempts to contact the client have been unsuccessful.
Treatment pack purchases
Treatment packs are valid for 6 months from the date of first use, and cannot be shared or transferred between clients.
Changes and cancellations
Please give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel your appointment.
For standard appointments: Up until 48 hours before the appointment time, you can make changes (subject to availability) free of charge and any pre-payment will transfer to the new appointment; if you cancel, any pre-payment will be refunded minus an admin fee of £2.50 per person/treatment. Less than 48 hours before the appointment time, changes and cancellations are non-refundable. If you do not attend your appointment, this is treated as a late cancellation and is non-refundable.
For bespoke group packages: A 25% deposit is required to confirm your booking of a bespoke group package, with the balance due 48 hours before the scheduled start time. Up until 48 hours before the scheduled start time, you can make changes (subject to availability) free of charge and the deposit will transfer to the new booking; if you cancel, the deposit will be retained but any further payments made towards the balance will be refunded. Less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time, changes and cancellations are non-refundable.
